  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is completed.
• UK Shipping
  UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For at a flat rate of £2.99 for Standard 2-3 days and £4.99 Express 1-2 days.
• Delivery Delays & Issues
  We cannot take responsibility for delivery delays due to factors outside our control, such as weather, customs, or local postal delays. Unfortunately, we’re also unable to cover lost or stolen parcels. We suggest checking with your local postal service if your order is delayed.
• International Shipping
  For international orders, please contact us at info@ero-iku.com before placing your order. We’re happy to assist you with shipping options and rates for your specific location.
• Incorrect Address or Customs Issues
  It’s essential to double-check your address details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or taxes, any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Additional Taxes and Duties
  International orders may incur additional taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are out of our control, and it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local laws and cover any applicable costs.
• Uncollected Parcels
  If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, it will not be eligible for a refund. If you missed your collection date, please email us to arrange redelivery; however, the shipping cost will be at your expense.
• Returns
